I would give 10 stars if it was possible! Tony was so professional and knew exactly what was wrong. I have 2 large units at home and both blew out in this heat wave! He came right away and fixed them both the same day. explained very clearly what was wrong and charged me very fairly. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH TONY! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

They not only came a Day early!!!! But they had so much knowledge. They didn't treat me like a dumb female and try to blow smoke up my behind. I had called another repairman that was recommended to me from someone and they were here 3 min said I needed a new conductor.

There is a reason Tony has so many amazing reviews. Do yourself a favor and give him a call. Get it done right the first time. My AC went out during a heatwave and he went out of his way to get it fixed for me and my family. Needed the motor replaced. He went out and picked up the motor. Once he got back and pulled the motor he noticed a part behind called the starter was broken and that was the culprit. He came down off the roof and showed me the broken part. He said I was good to go and didn't actually need to replace the motor. I think that speaks to his integrity. He could've easily sold both parts and I would've believed him. Instead he does what is right. A few hours laters I noticed my AC was blowing out very weak air. I called him up the next morning and he came by an hour later. The had gone out this time. He showed up a couple hours later and replaced it. Unfortunately the motor was faulty. It wasn't Tony's fault in anyway but he went out to swap the motor with a new one. Came back same day and put the new motor in so we wouldn't melt through this heatwave. I'm so grateful I called Tony and I'm so happy I found someone I can trust for any and all possible future troubles my old unit might give me. He went above and beyond. Give him a call. You will not regret it.

Tony is a great guy! Honest and fair. I highly recommend his services. Our unit broke just before the snow storm. My mom is disabled and needs warmth. Elite came through in the clutch!

The best company I have ever used to do work at my home Tony and Nick were great they cared more about fixing the problems than they did the bill. If I could give a higher rating I would. I would recommend this company to anybody for both AC and heating. I had two other companies come out and could not figure out the problem even though they charged me. Tony and Nick came out and got the problem resolved at a very reasonable rate.

Let me say I am jack of all trades and am very hesitant to let people in my home to conduct repairs. When I called I talked to Tony, he was super friendly and accommodated my dilemma with the heater not working. I tried everything and really wanted a professional opinion before I bought a control board. He was very empathetic and said he'd get someone out same day. He sent Nick over whom was very friendly and informative after a couple of minutes he confirmed my suspicion that it was the control board. Next day everything is connected and running. Amazing customer service, recommended to anyone in the High Desert. I will use them for general maintenance and if I ever have an issue they will get my business. Nick and Tony thank you!
