I called and spoke with Tony at Elite Climate Control about replacing my 40 year old rooftop HVAC system. He made an appointment with me for the following day. He and his technician Nick were on time, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. … More He asked me about my current heating and cooling efficiency and recommended a slightly larger unit that would better suit my family's needs. He knows his stuff - it was the perfect choice. Tony gave me an estimate the same day, it was very reasonable and below the other quotes I received. I was surprised that once I gave the OK he was able to perform the installation only 2 days later. 2 days?? WOW, that's fast! The day of the installation, Tony and his technicians, Nick and Josh were on time and began preparing everything for the crane that was to arrive a few hours later. Tony, Nick, and Josh had everything ready to place the new unit when the crane arrived. These guys worked like a well oiled machine throughout the whole installation process. The installation was completed in one day and the unit works perfectly. Tony and his crew did a terrific job and I highly recommend them for any of your AC / heating needs. Next up is a new roof.

I'm not sure if your dad or uncle that is a HVAC pro can compete with this down home professional team. Most of us are concerned about being over charged or railroaded by over zealous contractors. Man these guys showed up almost as soon as I hung up. Found the reset blower buttons I could not find. Had great conversation with the wife and did not charge me. No brainer go to old school service. My daughter's a/c went out. I called Elite this afternoon asking if we could set up an appointment for sometime next week. I was so happy that Tony said he could swing by today. A short time later the a/c was fixed and he installed a much needed new thermostat for us. Friendly, knowledgeable, and he explained everything to us throughout the entire repair process. Two thumbs up, 10 out of 10, I highly recommend Elite Climate Control for all of your HCAC needs.

Nick, the technician, and Tony, the Owner, were both fantastic to work with. No service charge for the initial visit is UNHEARD OF during a heat wave. In addition, I was fairly certain that a capacitor had blown due to a dirty condenser coil...so they EASILY could have charged me as though that were the problem, even though it was a simple issue with the thermostat. Great service AND honesty? Where do you see that in today's world? I highly recommend this company. Great work and even better humans.

When I called, Tony answered and was very friendly, he prioritized my issue for the next morning. He arrived early, and fixed the issue in 10min flat! Just with conversation, he's the owner of the company with 30 years of HVAC experience, and it showed! Honest about the issue and how to prevent it, fair pricing. Highest recommendation!

Two other ac companies came out one replaced a heater when only a resistor was needed the other one didn’t even try to find the problem I was having said” everything is fine and left. TL;DR: Excellent AC repair service by Tony! Affordable and thorough. Highly recommend. I had a fantastic experience with Tony when he came to repair my AC system. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty blower motor, which needed replacement. Not only did he replace the motor, but he also took the time to clean out my entire system by removing it from the wall and using a hose to clean it thoroughly. A few days later, I noticed a leak, and it turned out that the drainage pipes were clogged. Tony came out to the house within an hour, cleared the pipe, and didn’t charge me extra for it. The service was incredibly thorough and of great quality. Tony ensured the AC was working properly and cleaned it to extend its lifespan. Now, my AC is working great, and I couldn’t be happier. The price was excellent, and the service came with Tony’s charm and fun accent. He was also the only one who answered on a holiday when I needed help and no one else was available. Highly recommend Tony for any HVAC needs!

I called Elite Climate Control in the morning and spoke with Tony to schedule an annual service for my HVAC unit. I had never used Elite before, but saw the company had good reviews, so I thought I would give them a try and I was completely satisfied. Tony said someone would be at my residence between 1:00 - 2:00 on this same date. At almost precisely 1:00 p.m. Tony and Nick arrived and were very professional and polite. I showed them where everything was and asked a couple of questions. Nick immediately brought equipment from their truck and went into the attic where he cleaned and inspected the HVAC unit. Tony answered my questions, very thoroughly, and then went outside to the condenser, which he cleaned and inspected. Once they were done Tony showed me how to clean the condenser on my own to make it more efficient and extend the life of the unit. He also told me everything looked good with my system and he did not try to sale me any additional items or services because I didn’t need anything else. Tony and Nick were awesome, they arrived as promised, were very knowledgeable, and their price for the service was reasonable. I asked for an estimate for additional work and Tony said he would have to get back to me after checking the availability of parts, which he did on the same day. Great company and service, I will definitely use them again for additional work and/or services.
